Review: Awry by Chelsea Fine

Title: Awry (The Archers of Avalon Book #2)
Author: Chelsea Fine
Date Published: 6/12/12

Synopsis:
Sometimes love is meant to be. But sometimes love...is the death of you....

Seventeen-year-old Scarlet has just died. Only, dying isn't unusual for a girl under a centuries old curse that left her semi-immortal.

This time, though, she comes back to her current life instead of awaking in a new one, and she realizes the curse is changing. Together with the immortal Archer brothers, Scarlet must piece together her life and try to break the curse before her impending death comes again.

My Rating:

My Review:
Seriously, Chelsea Fine managed to improve on what I already thought was a great series!

Awry picks up directly from the cliffhanger from Anew.

Scarlet's death and the emotions it invokes in both Gabriel and Tristan feels so incredibly real.

The readers have been kept in the dark for the most part and finally so many questions are answered. She has mastered giving just enough information to keep readers grasping for more!

There is something so tragically beautiful about this book and the relationship or lack thereof between Scarlet and Tristan. And then on top of that you have Gabriel and his curse thrown in there. There is a lot of background of their past lives in this one and I thought it brought a whole new level to the story.

The ending, wow! Could it be more perfect? I can not wait to see what comes next!

If you have not already read this series, what are you waiting for? Go pick it up NOW!
